Automatic Free US shipping on US Orders $75 & Up

*Purchases Made with pre ordered items will be shipped together once all items are available.*

DOMESTIC

All orders are shipped from either Detroit or New York  in 100% recycled and reusable mailers. 

Please allow approximately one to four days for your order to process. 

CUCCIA Underwear uses USPS for all US Domestic shipments.

 INTERNATIONAL 

CUCCIA ships Worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for packages delayed at customs or responsible for any taxes or custom fees. Please research your country's policies and fees before purchasing. We suggest choosing UPS or DHL carrier at checkout to avoid custom delays.

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns on lingerie bottoms, thongs and underwear for hygienic reasons. For any further questions, please email info@cuccia.co

 Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

Canceling an order must be made within 24 hours after order has been placed.

Vintage 

All vintage items are hand selected for its quality and uniqueness but naturally vintage items might have slight imperfections from previous time & wear. Vintage is the most eco-friendly form of garment shopping, please appreciate the items for what they are so that they can continue to bring joy to new owners.

All items are mailed in eco friendly mailers and all vintage sales are final.
