Automatic Free US Shipping on Orders $150 & Up
All orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Please note: Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items become available.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from either New York or Florida using 100% recycled and reusable mailers.
As a small business, many of our items are handmade to order or produced in very limited quantities. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
TRACKING & USPS DELAYS
Please be aware that tracking updates, delays, or temporary pauses in movement are common, especially during the holiday season.
USPS often experiences high volume and scanning delays, and it is normal for tracking to show limited or no updates for short periods.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Cuccia is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Once an order leaves our facility, it is solely in the hands of the postal carrier and the receiver.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is a secure and reliable location.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the matter must be handled directly between the buyer and their local post office.
We do not offer replacement packages or refunds for orders that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
CUCCIA ships Worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for packages delayed at customs or responsible for any taxes or custom fees. If your package looks like it is having a delay, it most likely is being held at your local post office awaiting a signature for customs. Please research your country's policies and fees before purchasing. We suggest choosing UPS or DHL carrier at checkout to avoid custom delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns on lingerie bottoms, thongs and underwear for hygienic reasons. For any further questions, please email info@cuccia.co
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
Canceling an order must be made within 24 hours after order has been placed.

Vintage
All vintage items are hand selected for its quality and uniqueness but naturally vintage items might have slight imperfections from previous time & wear. Vintage is the most eco-friendly form of garment shopping, please appreciate the items for what they are so that they can continue to bring joy to new owners.
All items are mailed in eco friendly mailers and all vintage sales are final.
